Through this Ethical Channel you can report, confidentially, any action or omission that may constitute a legal infringement, especially serious or very serious criminal or administrative violations.

In addition, you can report breaches of labor regulations, particularly concerning health and safety, sexual freedom and moral integrity at work, and breaches of corporate regulations.

Reports must be clear and concise, describing specific facts and always made in good faith. False reports or allegations will be subject to sanctions.

The information you provide will be treated confidentially, and you will be kept informed of the steps taken by email address or other means you provide.

Basic information on personal data protection.

Data Controller: the Company or Public Body you are reporting about through this Ethical Channel (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Data Processor: Sigacus Gestión, S.L. (TIN: ES-B20759288).

Purposes of the processing: Managing the communications received through the Ethical Channel. Data processing will be necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation the controller is subject to (GDPR, Article 6(1)(c)).

Recipients: Data communications regarding your input may occur, depending on the nature of the information provided, to concerned people or Departments. In case of conflicts or non-compliance, data communications could also be carried out to appropriate Authorities.

Storage period: The required period to decide on the merits of the received communication. In any case, three months after the communication, your data will be deleted from the Ethical Channel, and the Company may continue processing them to properly manage the reported information, according to the deadlines established in the applicable regulations.

Data subject rights: You can exercise your right of access, right to rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, object, portability, and ask for the full data protection policies addressing the Data Controller or, if you wish, addressing the Data Processor Sigacus Gestión, S.L., at Plaza Azkoitia, 5, 2-D, 20011 Donostia San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa), or by email etikoa@sigacus.com.
